Pawan Sewa Samiti was established on 11th November, 1980 under guidance of Master Piara Lal ji by Shri Shivji Ram Jindal ,Shri Basant Kumar Goyal, Shri Dharamvir Jindal, Shri Bheem Sen Aggarwal and there associates in loving memory of Shri Pawan Kumar Kansil.

The main objective of samiti was helping the needy. Today the samiti is running a School for Deaf in Barnala, where students are being made independent by the way of Education.

The samiti runs free silaai classes for girls . It helps the poor girls in supporting there families financially.
